Visit us in a eurochange branch on your chosen delivery date to collect your Travel Money. You can even collect just 60 seconds after ordering (depending on branch opening hours and stock availability)!
To collect your Click & Collect order you will be required to produce the Debit Card that you used to make your payment and we reserve the right to PIN authenticate the card through the till (there will be no additional charge for this).
You will also be required to produce your email order confirmation (a copy on your smart phone or tablet is also acceptable) and one of the following forms of identification:

Not sure when you'll next be visiting a branch? Let your Travel Money come straight to you. Delivery is fully-insured and free when you spend over £500 (and just £5 for orders below this amount). Order before 2pm Monday - Friday for next working day delivery.*
*Orders made before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are eligible to be sent for next-day delivery. Excludes Bank Holidays.
For Click & Collect the maximum order amount is £2,500.
You can pay for your Click & Collect order online with a Debit Card or Credit Card.
Nope. We don't charge commission fees or a fee to pay by debit card, but your card issuer can sometimes charge you something called a 'Cash Advance Fee'.

You will receive the rate for the currency or currencies at the time of order. This rate will be held for 7 days.
Your order will be ready for collection on the date that you selected when placing your order (also stated on your email confirmation).

Standard delivery is free on orders over £500. For orders under £500 we charge a £5 delivery fee. You can collect your currency, for free, from any eurochange branch.
