Choose your preferred delivery date

With our Home Delivery service, you can nominate your chosen delivery date during the checkout process.

  • Choose a delivery date up to 10 working days in advance
  • Order before 3pm and choose to get your currency the next working day (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays)
  • Delivery is free on orders over £500
  • You can choose a delivery add-on if you'd like your order to be delivered the next working-day before 9am (£14.99) or on a Saturday (99p)


Important information

  • To protect against theft, we send all orders in a fully-insured, secured package and we only send to the address on the payment card. If you’re not around when the parcel arrives, you’ll be able to collect it from your local sorting office.


  • Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday.


  • We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.


Do you charge delivery fees?

Delivery to your home or chosen branch is free on all orders over £500.

There is a delivery fee of £5 for all orders under £500.

We offer delivery add-ons for home delivery only:

  • Next-day delivery before 9am is £14.99.
  • Saturday guaranteed delivery costs an extra 99p. If your order is over £500 Saturday delivery will cost £5.99. If your order is under £500, Saturday delivery will cost £5.99.

  • *Days quoted are dependent on the day being a working day. If one of these days is a public holiday, then additional day(s) will be added accordingly. For orders placed after 3pm on Thursday up until 3pm on Friday, there is a possibility that Royal Mail may deliver your order on the Saturday, however this is not guaranteed. If you choose Monday delivery, please note that Royal Mail may deliver your order on Saturday. Saturday delivery is a premium delivery service and can be selected as a preferred option at checkout.

We also offer several premium delivery options, which can be selected when you get to the checkout:

  • Delivery by 9am the next working day for £14.99. You must order your currency before 3pm to get your order the next working day.
  • Delivery by 9am on Saturday for an extra 99p.
Can I have a tracking number for my order?
We don’t give out tracking numbers for security reasons. However, our support team will be happy to track your order for you. Contact us here.
Can I have my order delivered to my work address or another address?
For security reasons, we can only deliver to your home address and it needs to be the same as the billing address of the card used for payment.
Who can sign for the delivery?
Your order will be sent fully insured via Royal Mail, so it needs to be signed for by someone at the address listed on the package. It can be signed by anyone at the address.
